当你全新安装 RouterOS 或 CHR（MikroTik 云托管路由器）时，telnet 访问默认启用。由于你通常希望使用 SSH、WinBox 或 WebFig 而不是 telnet 访问路由器，你可以 - 也应该 - 完全禁用它。
