Was bedeutet DSBGA (Chip-Gehäuse)?

In der Elektronik sind DSBGA-Gehäuse sehr kleine Ball-Grid-Array-Gehäuse.

DSBGA bedeutet die-sized ball-grid array (die-größen Ball-Grid-Array).

Daher können DSBGA-Gehäuse auch als CSPs (Chip-Scale-Packages) betrachtet werden.
