Raspberry Pi libcamera VLC recording to H.264 (1920x1080)

On the Pi, run

libcamera_vlc_record.sh

libcamera-vid -t 0 --width 1920 --height 1080 --codec h264 -o out.h264

libcamera-vid -t 0 --width 1920 --height 1080 --codec h264 -o out.h264

This will record Full-HD video (1920x1080) to out.h264
